Returns Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The item is not a final-sale, clearance, or personalised product
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Process
- After receiving your request, our team will review and
process it.
- Once the returned product reaches us, it will be
inspected for quality and condition.
- If the item is confirmed to be eligible, we will issue one of the following:
- Exchange - according to your requested size
- Refund - credited to your original payment method within 14 business days
Note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging to qualify.
Our team will provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) along with detailed return instructions. Please pack the item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier.
Open Item Returns
If an item is returned opened, worn, or showing signs of use, we are unable to offer an exchange or credit. Additionally, postage costs incurred for returning such items will not be reimbursed.
Postal Returns
Return by post is available. A £2 processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund amount.
